For a group of three or more, family or friends, join me on a guided meditation hike to get a deeper connection with nature. What do we do? First we circle up, share intentions for the hike and sage to prepare for our journey. During the hike, we stop at what I like to call "access points" where the land calls for us to connect. meditate and then hike back, share our insights and discoveries. Leave the hike feeling renewed and inspired. Plan for 2 hours. Leave the trail feeling inspired and refreshed. Coordinate with me to choose the trail of your wishes here in SLO County.
